INGREDIENTS
1 banana
� cup low-fat plain yogurt
� cup almond / rice / coconut milk
� cup old-fashioned rolled oats
2 teaspoons flaxseeds
1 tablespoon Agave / Stevia
1 cup ice
For an extra boost also add 2 teaspoons Liquid Chlorophyll
Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.
