In addition to hygiene factors, stress and hormones, unhealthy foods most often the cause of acne. Of the many foods that cause acne, there is most often the culprit. What are they?

 
Acne is formed when the follicles under the skin clog up. Most pimples form on the face, neck, back, chest and shoulders. Acne can appear on the skin of anyone, but most often appear on the skin of adolescents and young adults.

Foods high in carbohydrates
The most important carbohydrate is glucose, a simple sugar (monosaccharide) that are metabolized by almost all organisms. All carbohydrates eventually converted into glucose, which is then converted into glycogen for storage in the body.

The important thing to realize is the human body needs only a certain amount of glucose to function properly. When you eat carbohydrates your body needs more than that, the health problems like diabetes, and acne can be realized.
